REFUND POLICY

This refund policy (“Policy”) describes the cases in which a refund may be due to the Customer and sets out the terms governing such refund. Your use of the Services or your registration with us for availing the Services, constitutes your agreement to this Policy.


CipherNode may modify this Policy at any time by posting a revised version of the same on its website and the amended version of this Policy shall become automatically binding on you, if you continue to avail of the Services. Please review and understand the Refund Policy in detail , before you avail our Services
  1. General

    1. All requests for refund shall be sent to our customer support team at support@ciphernode.ai within the timeline mentioned herein above. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby waive all claims relating to fees/charges payable/already paid to us unless claimed within the timeline prescribed in this refund policy.
    2. You shall state the reason for the refund request and provide complete and necessary documentation.
    3. Refund Processing Time: Once a refund request is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
    4. Refund Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method used for the transaction. For example, if the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card.
    5. Refund Amount: The refunded amount may be subject to deductions for any applicable fees, charges, or penalties as per our refund policy
    6. Notification: Users will be notified via email or other communication channels once the refund has been processed. The email will include details of the refunded amount and any deductions, if applicable.
    7. Bank Processing Time: Depending on the user's bank or financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in their account statement.
    8. Disputes: If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the refund amount or processing time, please contact our customer support team for assistance in resolving the issue.
  2. Circumstances where refund may arise:-

    1. Where you opt to engage in a plan for more than a period of one month.
    2. In the event, you wish to discontinue a plan, the subscription fee for the unexpired period of the plan chosen shall be refunded, provided you complete the current billing cycle.  
    3. Service Outages or Failure due to CipherNode functionality
    4. Unauthorised charges - Any charges, if found unauthorised, a complete refund (100%) of the disputed amount will be processed.
    5. Duplicate charges - In the event of duplicate charges, a full refund (100%) of the erroneously charged amount will be issued.
  3. Circumstances where refund shall not arise

    1. No amount shall be eligible for refund once the nodes are activated and the machines are operational.
    2. CipherNode is not responsible to refund any monetary loss incurred due to any errors or delay in the functions of the Cloud Service Provider or protocol.
    3. CipherNode shall not be obligated to refund any amount paid as subscription fee, at any point of time, if there is a dispute between the Cloud Service Provider or protocol  and the User regarding:

      • the issuance of incentives or
      • The quantum of incentives or
      • Value of the incentives as per the agreement / plan of the User.
